Bring your favorite sipper to this virtual cooking party! We're focusing on the classic French Pate a Choux pastry during this class. So expect to work on the dough that you'll use for almost everything! We'll be piping out  profiteroles, eclairs, and cheese-filled gougeres from scratch! We will also work on homemade pastry cream!

You will need:

  • sugar 

  • cornstarch

  •  salt

  • whole milk

  • egg yolks

  •  unsalted butter

  • vanilla extract

  • flour

  • whole eggs

  • your favorite cheese
